      • 要看成交量吧,房子即使在同一个区都可以价格相差一百万。 如果11月成交30个,1月成交3个, 那涨跌多少都没有意义。 除非两个月都成交类似数量和类型的屋子。 这数据要全面才有客观性,否则。。。自己去想想吧。

      • 按探长的数据环比是大跌了25%. 不仅价跌. 成交量也下跌很厉害. 11月成交36套. 12月才 12套. 仅11月 1/3. 显然都被12月冒出的潜在的大利空吓坏了.

    • C12,13,14,15区是翻建区,地皮房大概值2百万,新建房值3百多4百万,卖多一间地皮房跟卖多一间新建房价格差很远呢。冬天是发展商买地皮房的时候,均价当然比夏天买新建房多的时候低多了。这环比没意义。
