I have a urgently problem need you to give me a suggestion.
I have received a visa pick up letter from Canada Consulate General Hong Kong at 29th/Jan/2003, then I have been to their office at 24th/March/2003,when I submit the visa pick up letter together with My family configuration change letter & Notary birth certificate of my baby to the receptionist, but the receptionist say she only can accept the visa pick up letter, then she make a record on her computer for my baby message, around 20 minutes later, the receptionist told me the immigration officer will not issue the PR visa to me, a new visa pick up letter will issue to me after they have received the additional documentations. Then I left their office and sent the relative documentations and payment cash check to their office.
But at 4th/April/2003, I have received a letter dated 26th/March/2003 from the consulate office, they informed me that they can not add my baby's data to the application being I was failed to inform them the family configuration change promtly,they suggestion me that if I am still have interested in immgrating to Canada I should submit a new application.
I have wrote a letter to them at 10th/April/2003, I havegot a message from them that if I submit a new application I must notify under the new Immgration Act that come into force from 30th/June/2003.
If I submit a new application, I am sure I can not pass .So I want try to continue the currently application.
So dear friends, I am very appreciated that you can give me a good suggestion that how can I continus the application.
I am very urgently on the case, hope can get a reply from you soon.
