经济消息好坏参半。8月GDP按月增长是0 （services增长0.1，包括public administration sector，抵消了goods producing sector下降0.4），7月从0.2修正到0.1，但是9月有望反弹。央行把GDP年增长期值从2.8降低到1.5，12月50点降息仍然在桌上。
这利率都降了好几回了， 好像mortgage 固定利率降的不是很多啊， 怎么还得4%以上？ 这对近期大量renew的房东还是很不利。
