１．　无论哪个政党上台，除非材料被认定有假，团聚移民都是不会被拒．而材料真假认定，不受党派控制．
２．　现在真正的问题问题是父母探亲移民的优先级太低；
３．　或者需要提高优先级，　或者降低其他移民数量；
４．　迄今无党派许诺提高优先级，而民主政治的第一原则是许诺的好处很难兑现，未许诺的好处不可能出现．
５．　ＮＤＰ会大量增加难民的数量及优先级．
