    1. 减税:

    -- 降低中小型企业缴付的员工就业保险率(EI).
    -- 降低个人所得税.
    -- 鼓励使用公共交通,场所,设立17%征税豁免.
    政策实施基础: 在过去的八年,由自由党执政的联邦政府总共积累了$630亿财政盈余, 如果加拿大继续保持目前的高税率,预期到2011年,财政盈余将增长到$1,180亿, 保守党将致力于裁减个人及企业以上几个方面的税率,从而促进经济发展, 让加拿大公民及企业手中有更多可以自由支配的财富.
    2. 建立忠实可靠的政府:
    -- 引入联邦政府忠实度法案.
    -- 允许议员自由投票.
    -- 杜绝浪费及管理不善.
    3. 支持新移民:

    -- 停止征收65岁以上就业老年人失业保险金.
    7. 加强社区安全:
    -- 对犯罪行为严加惩处.
    -- 增加警察人数.
    -- 设立家庭税收减免: 每年$500/人, 从而促进16岁以下儿童参与有益身心健康的课外活动, 如: 体育,文艺,艺术爱好等.
    8. 教育补助:
