When I complain something to my boss. I can feel I got angry not my boss. Actually, everyone know those bad words, however, who can keep cool and keep good mood in all kind of situation, he/she can easy control other people surrounding. Or in carrier, easy successfully become manager to hire someone work for him/her. The one easy to lost temp, whatever how good he/she is, still have to work hard for somebody else. So practice more on control ourselves before control/influence others. Rolia is one of the place to practice.
