民宅的地税，头一年多交的钱，不会显示在地税账单上！overpaid低于500块的，可以提出对抵；overpaid超过500的，不可以进入第二年，必须给十周才能够退款——还必须提供所有证据！ -softerface(探长); 2015-8-7 (#9596989@0)
