美国房子还是便宜

土豆大兴建造廉租房的想法是完全正确的。目前多伦多政府房少得可怜，住房危机最大问题是相当一部分人既买不起房又租不起房，而且还申请不到政府房。政府就有很多地，把这些属于政府的property都开发出来造高楼，不就可以提供很多廉租房吗？

经济消息好坏参半。8月GDP按月增长是0 （services增长0.1，包括public administration sector，抵消了goods producing sector下降0.4），7月从0.2修正到0.1，但是9月有望反弹。央行把GDP年增长期值从2.8降低到1.5，12月50点降息仍然在桌上。

这利率都降了好几回了，好像mortgage 固定利率降的不是很多啊，怎么还得4%以上？这对近期大量renew的房东还是很不利。

加币大跌，大家的股票账户都涨了吧！替把钱锁死的加拿大房炒炒们可惜！
