律师文件里有Deed，这就是契据，但因为是注册制，这文件也没什么用处。

Bank or financial institution shall provide a copy of discharge of charge and deletion of any additional securities registered against the property,including but not limited to Notice of Assignment of Rents, PPSA, etc., Once the Land Registry Office reviewed and certified the registration of the discharge of charge, such registrations will be removed from the parcel register. Apologies, can only type English on working computer.

Title在银行那里，你可以要回来，discharge of title 花几百块钱。也可以不要，放在银行，直到卖房。如果你再买房从这家银行贷款的话，会免掉这几百块钱。
