很明显加拿大五大银行出于某种原因，大大拖延了大量房产入市的时间点，严重扭曲了市场在连续加息之后应有的供求关系。但是他们能做的也只是‘拖延’而已。只要未来12个月不降息，OSFI需要做的其实只是强调现有规定：贷款期不得超过30年。
