To be honest I didn’t find Toronto bad at all, compared some of the horror stories I heard from Markham, and perhaps Richmond Hill

TORONTO市政府的政策是支持DEVELOPMENT的 其实最麻烦的是一些周边小镇 自己没有审批STAFF 就让外面的公司做peer review 这一下就拖好几年
