I get your point.Serian is a little bit weird in this case because a serian can not denounce the citizenship according to the law. So in Azar's case, he is dual citizenship without choise. It's kind of complicated. However, if Serian gov has been coporated with the State in this case, i bet Seria is still going to accept Asar even they do not consider Asar as a serian citizen. 我上次去美国和海关的野蛮女警吵了起来（我没把前一次的I94交回去，还夹在护照里），那女警吓唬我要把我引渡回中国，当时我一听就笑了。然后她就急了，我一看她急了，就说下次一定交回去。回来的时候我跟经理说，如果他们引渡我回去，我不用买飞机票，就能探望父母了。经理告诫我说，海关的人有“无限的权利”。现在我出差的机会就少了。
