呵呵, 作弊的不算哦. 俺们公司开培训, 材料上写的, "Privately Owned". 可能是这么说吧, 没从政府拿工资的, 都是 privately owned.

不一定，上市公司就不是privately owned, 各种各样的协会也不是privately owned。
