枫下茶话 / 政治经济 / 无端被FIRE,求助!小弟我刚刚被经理为一点很小的事FIRE,且立即让离开公司。三小时后又接到人事经理的电话,让回去上班,说FIRE我是不对的。我觉得人格受到伤害。请问各位DX,我该怎么办?政府能不能为我提供免费的法律援助?
注:小弟只是个“勒脖工”。

千万想开,别感到什么人格伤害。在这,别太在乎人家怎么看你,人家说你好坏,有时不是根据你的表现的,是根据他们的利益关系。

Have you thought about what your purpose of suing them is?If it's getting your job back, it's achieved. If it's getting their apology, they've admitted it's a mistake to fire you, which is an apology in my humble opinion. If it's getting a better work environment, it can't be achieved this way; you need to change a job. When you leave the job in the future, tell the manager plainly that this incidence is one of the major reasons. S/he will be more careful, since s/he really needs somebody to work for them.
