原本不准备评点减税问题，因为马丁的所得税减税计划没有具体内容，无法判断减哪个档次。但是有一点，消费税由于是单一税率，减税就是减税，所得税因为有太多猫腻，（抵扣，收入分类，分档等等）难有可预测的结果。

Serveral years later, your family income will improve more and your ablitiy to spend will increase as well. Also the newly immigrants are richer than before.They used to spend a lot in China,so they more likely to keep this habit..Myself and most of my friends are big spender, therefore I support 1% GsT reduction.

立即把最低档的税率从16%减到15%，其他档的以后也逐渐减1%。还有就是提高最低免税额。
