保守党的减GST也并不是人人增加可支配收入的。如很多contract工年收入3万以上收GST的情况，减了GST提留的也按比例少了。我应该是保守党铁杆目标人群...家庭年收入top多少个百分点，但他的政策也并不是对我全部有利的。另外大城市如多伦多分享GST也按比例少了，各种税费必然增加。而基本生活开支本来就不交GST。

Exactly. How much disposable money can you spend if you have only an income of less than 50k/y? Well if you are rich you would benefit on your vacations, race cars, dividends and all luxury that the poor don't have.
